How does the AI know my pricing?

It does not guess. During onboarding, we build your complete pricebook with every service, labor rate, material cost, and margin rule your business uses. The AI retrieves pricing from that database every time it builds a proposal. If a service is not in your pricebook, it will not appear in a proposal.

What if my prices change?

Your monthly retainer includes pricebook updates. When your material costs change, when you adjust labor rates, or when you add new services, we update the system. You can also flag changes anytime and we will implement them within 24 to 48 hours.

What CRM platforms do you integrate with?

We integrate with all major CRM and field service platforms used by service businesses. During setup, we connect directly to your existing system. If you are on our platform, the integration is even faster.

How long does onboarding take?

Depending on the size of your service catalog, onboarding takes 2 to 6 weeks. A pest control company with 15 service types can be live in 2 weeks. A multi-trade HVAC and plumbing company with 60+ job types will take closer to 4 to 6 weeks.

Does the AI ever make up prices or services?

No. The system is architecturally designed so the AI can only retrieve from your approved pricebook. It cannot invent services, fabricate pricing, or hallucinate line items. If something is not in your catalog, it does not exist in the system.

Can my techs use this in the field?

Yes. The system can be triggered from a mobile device, a CRM entry, or an intake form. A tech can input job details on-site and have a professional proposal generated and ready to present to the customer before they leave the property.

What does the proposal actually look like?
